Terms and Conditions
Deposit
£100 deposit per person must accompany the booking form. Once Simply Paradiski is in possession of cleared funds your holiday is secured and you will be sent a confirmation letter. The person signing the Booking Form is accepting the Terms & Conditions on behalf of all members of the party. Please ensure that all details are correct at the time of booking as Simply Paradiski cannot be held responsible for your errors.
Payment
Payment in full must be received 8 weeks prior to arrival. Simply Paradiski reserves the right to cancel the holiday without refund of deposit if this payment is not made in full. Payment must be received in full for any holiday which is booked within 8 weeks of the start date at the time of booking
Cancellations
Cancellations must be made in writing and also confirmed by telephone. The cancellation will be effective from date of receipt of cancellation letter. Cancellations are subject to the following non negotiable charges.
8 weeks and less notice, 20% of total holiday cost
6 weeks and less notice, 40% of total holiday cost
4 weeks and less notice, 50% of total holiday cost
2 weeks and less notice, 100% of total holiday cost
Payment Methods
Payment can be accepted by bank transfer, cheque or by credit card using paypal, subject to the additional 4% charged by paypal being added to the invoice total.
Check In/Check Out times
All rooms must be vacated by 9.30 am on day of departure and are available from 4pm, apart from those people taking advantage of the 8 day ski-option. This is available by prior arrangement and is subject to a surcharge of £18 per person.
Insurance
Each member of the party must have adequate holiday insurance and Simply Paradiski takes no responsibility for the lack of such cover.
Other Conditions
- Changes - If we have to make changes to your holiday for any reason we reserve the right to do so. However if this involves a change of date which is not suitable then all monies will be refunded in full.

- Liability due to Weather - Simply Paradiski will not bear any responsibility for events which are beyond our control such as bad weather, storms, avalanches, lack of snow etc which may affect your holiday. However if the resort is closed, we will endeavour to transport you to a nearby open resort, if any. The cost of this will be borne by the customer.
- Personal Liability - Simply Paradiski will not accept any liability for personal injury, damage to or loss of possessions, accident, monetary loss of any kind, consequential loss, or delay, unless caused by the negligence or default by Simply Paradiski itself or its’ employees.
- Damages - All damages must be paid for in full.
- No Smoking Policy - Les Colchiques is a strictly No Smoking chalet, both inside and around the confines of the chalet. This policy must be strictly adhered to because of the nature of the construction of the chalet which is typical of all chalets in the region.
- Alcohol - Wine is supplied with all evening meals. Other alcohol is supplied by means of an 'honesty bar' which must be paid for in local currency on the last evening of your holiday.
